Wes began at 512 Realty in 2008 after working at Heritage Title as a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Marketing Assistant. He quickly became one of the top producing leasing agents in the UT campus area and has since expanded his business into residential and multifamily investment sales. Since joining 512 Realty, Wes has gained extensive experience in property valuation & market research, project marketing and contract negotiations. Wes graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with Honors in May of 2009 and is an active member of both the Austin Board of Realtors and the Real Estate Council of Austin. He has also earned his Short Sales and Foreclosures Specialist Designation from the National Association of Realtors.
