Grover Smith has been part of the Austin real estate market since he was a student at the University of Texas. During college, he founded two real estate related companies. The first, LTDR, Inc, was a gateway for landlords looking to lease to Section 8 tenants. His database driven model was an innovation in the time consuming process of Section 8 leasing and helped change the way the business was done. His second startup, Igloo Hunters, was a sales and leasing company that was consistently the top rated real estate agency on Yelp.com, a user generated review site. In 2008, he joined the team at 512 Realty to help manage their sales and leasing staff and bring a customer-centric approach to their business. Grover has experience in buyer and seller representation as well as investment property acquisition and valuation.
